DIRECTOR
Mr. Gerhard Grobbelaar established the firm G Grobbelaar Incorporated during October 2013.
The firm initially specialised in civil and criminal law as well as general law in the form of insolvency law, labour law and general civil litigation. Currently the firm has a large Road Accident Fund client base and have also branched out into divorce law and personal injury law.
The main objective of the firm is to achieve the best results for its clients by providing a professional and novel approach to each matter.

Michelle has been employed at G. Grobbelaar Incorporated since 2014 to date (12 years). She has the following qualifications – Diploma in business management & Certificate in pastel Accounting. Michelle has over 16 years of experience and knowledge in the legal industry. She has worked for two (2) other prominent law firms in Ballito and Umhlanga, before joining the G. Grobbelaar Inc team. She is involved and responsible for the daily management of the office and administration of the firm. She further deals specifically with, Road Accident Fund claims – settlement department (dealing with settlements, client payments and client payment enquiries). Her priority is client care and ensuring that we provide an excellent service. Michelle loves her work, cooking and spending time with her family.

Tazmaree has been employed at G. Grobbelaar Incorporated since August 2017 as a Candidate Attorney. She has since grown with the firm and was admitted as a practicing Attorney in 2021. She obtained the following qualification from the University of Fort Hare: Bachelor of Laws (LLB). She has been employed at the firm for 7 years and is currently responsible for the lodgment and medico-legal departments. She has also been appointed with further duties as the Head of the firms Pre – Trial Department. Her day-to-day duties include consulting with clients and obtaining relevant documents, lodging clients’ claims at the Road Accident Fund, as well as appointing the relevant experts who assess clients. In her spare time, she enjoys binging on Netflix series and movies.

CIVIL LITIGATION AND ROAD ACCIDENT FUND LITIGATION
Janie completed her LLB degree at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2015 and after completing her articles at a local law firm, was admitted as an attorney in 2017. She was then appointed as a professional assistant. During this time, she gained experience in general litigation, including insurance law, family law, maritime law, and personal injury claims. In 2019, Janie joined a medium sized insurance brokerage as a legal advisor and claims recovery & third-party negotiator, where she gained valuable experience in the insurance industry. She joined G Grobbelaar Incorporated in May 2022 as an attorney, practicing in the Road Accident Fund department and managing the general civil litigation department in both the High Court and the Magistrate’s Court matters. She was admitted as a Notary Public in September 2022.

Deli commenced employment at G Grobbelaar Incorporated during 2024, as a Legal Secretary and personal assistant to the Practice Manager, in the Medico Legal Department. Deli has over 30 years working experience in the legal field, having worked in various law firms over many years time. She is married and loves spending time with her family and friends.

Gugu is an organised legal secretary, proficient in managing office tasks and delivering administrative support. She is skilled in communication, interpersonal finesse, and keen attention to detail. She has the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism in a dynamic work setting. During weekends, Gugu enjoy spending time in solitude, meditating, listening to music and spending quality time with her children.

Deborah commenced employment at G. Grobbelaar Incorporated on the 13th January 2025, as a PA & Litigation Secretary, in the Civil Department under her mentor Janie Botha. Deborah has an extensive legal background, having worked as Clerk of Civil Court, PA to the Justice Centre Executive, and PA to an Advocate at Durban Club Place. She has over the years, worked at various Law Firms & has also attended the Clerks of Civil Court Programme at the Justice College in Pretoria. Deborah is married to an Attorney and together, they have 3 wonderful Children.

Nadine has been employed at G. Grobbelaar Incorporated since August 2023. She has a Diploma in Foundation Phase Teaching. Nadine is a Personal Assistant in the Road Accident Lodgement Department. She is a hardworking and driven individual who loves a challenge and thrives under pressure. She is passionate about her work and strives to professionality at all times and is set on getting the work done on a expedited basis. Nadine loves working with children, singing and reading.

Employed at G. Grobbelaar Incorporated since 2019. She is a dedicated worker with over fifteen (15) years of experience in housekeeping. She attends to all round housekeeping of the office space. Her daily tasks also include assisting all departments with filing and interpretating with clients whom are not fluent in English. Thuli is a dedicated mother and spends her free time gardening or fishing.

Ncgebo has been employed at G. Grobbelaar Incorporated since September 2023. He is a dedicated driver with over nineteen (19) years of driving experience. He attends to the safe transportation of clients to and from consultations and court attendances. He also assists with translation at consultations. He is a dedicated father and family-oriented person and loves to spend time with family and friends.

Akshay is a candidate attorney, completing his second year of articles at G. Grobbelaar Incorporated. He obtained his LLB degree from the University of KwaZulu – Natal in 2022 and completed his Practical Legal Training course via the full time LSSA – LEAD Program in 2023. He joined the G Grobbelaar Inc Family in 2024 working predominantly in the Road Accident Fund department, however he also has experience in other areas of law such as criminal, civil and estate planning. Akshay is an avid reader and a self – proclaimed football fanatic and Chelsea FC die hard.

Tyron has been employed at G. Grobbelaar Inc since 2022 as a dedicated candidate attorney, He obtained his LLB degree from the University of KwaZulu – Natal in 2020. He has a strong passion for civil litigation. He is committed to honing his legal expertise in this field and finds great satisfaction in tackling the challenges that come with it. His duties include but are not limited to assisting in the civil litigation department as well as RAF litigation, court attendances and the like. Tyran has a variety of interests that keep him engaged and motivated. He is an avid reader. He also enjoys playing pool in his spare time.
